Terms of delivery

Stockholm Visitors Board AB administers and manages visitstockholm.com -webshop. Stockholm Visitors Board generates the major part of the brochure material that can be ordered on visitstockholm.com - webshop, as well as the Stockholm Card.

Delivery
Normal time for delivery is 7 to 10 days unless otherwise indicated. If it becomes necessary to make partial shipments in order to complete an order, no additional charges will be made. Sometimes, you may order brochures that are not yet ready for delivery, we will send these items to you as soon as they are in stock. If shipping of other items, besides brochures, from visitstockholm.com - webshop will be delayed, we will e-mail or call you. Stockholm Visitors Board is not responsible for delays incurred by the delivery company responsible for delivering your goods.

Voucher
When you order the Stockholm Card you can choose to pay in advance (by voucher) and collect your cards in Stockholm. If you order by voucher you must print the voucher and bring it to Stockholm Tourist Center, Vasagatan 14, opposite the Central Station. The voucher is your proof of purchase of the Stockholm Card and it is not transferable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only once. Without the voucher you will not be able to collect your Stockholm Cards. Stockholm Visitors Board is not liable for any loss, injury, damage of delay to any person or any property connected with the use of this voucher. The Stockholm Card voucher is only valid the current year, which is stated on the voucher and on the Stockholm Card.

The Stockholm Card Child
Children's cards may be purchased together with adult cards. Max. 3 children's cards per adult card (Children ages 7-17). Children's cards can not be purchased separately.

Prices
All prices on visitstockholm.com - webshop are given in SEK. If the item is subjected to Swedish VAT it will be included in the price. At visitstockholm.com - webshop, you will find both free items, such as brochures, and other products, including maps and the Stockholm Card. The total amount at checkout includes shipping costs.

Method of Payment
Payment for items purchased from visitstockholm.com - webshop is made via credit card. No additional charge is made for credit card purchases. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard. The credit card must be registered in the same country as the the computer IP address from which the order is made. When you pay by credit card, you must provide the credit card number and its expiration date. This transaction takes place on a page for payment services managed by DIBS. Your information will be encrypted, guaranteeing that no unauthorized person can gain access to it. Stockholm Visitors Board never has access to this information.

Right to Cancel
In accordance with Swedish law (2005:59) concerning purchases made from a distance, you have the right to return goods within 14 days, calculated from the day you received them. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform Stockholm Visitors Board, at the latest, within 14 days from the day you received the goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel you can email us at webshop@stockholm.se or call us at +46 8 508 28 508. Goods should be sent to Stockholm Visitors Board, Box 16 282, SE-103 93 Stockholm. Stockholm Visitors Board agrees to give the customer a complete refund for the goods (shipping cost excluded) within 30 days of their return. The goods must be returned to Stockholm Visitors Board unused and in their original condition. Stockholm Visitors Board will not pay for return freight.

Personal Information
Stockholm Visitors Board only collects the personal information needed to fulfill its obligation to the customer. We must have your telephone number and e-mail address in case we encounter problems or have questions regarding your order and need to reach you. We manage your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Act, which means that we store your information securely. This act also gives you the right to contact us in order to find out what personal information we have on you and to correct that information if necessary. We commit ourselves to ensuring that your information does not fall into the hands of unauthorized persons. You are responsible for storing your username and password in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot gain access to them. When you pay by credit card, you will be connected to a secure page managed by Debitech Stockholm. Stockholm Visitors Board never has access to the credit card information you submit at the time of payment.

One of Stockholm Visitors Board's main objectives is to inform the public about Stockholm as a tourist destination. Therefore, your information may be used for future mailings of Stockholm information, via letter or e-mail, or to help us compile statistics.

By completing a transaction with visitstockholm.com - webshop, you are also confirming that Stockholm Visitors Board handled your information in accordance with the above stipulations.
